RJM Clutch Master Cylinder Kit?
About to pull the trigger on the RJM Clutch Pedal, and I see on their website the kit with the CMC. Has anyone tried it? Is it the same thing ZSpeed has? Not sure if I should hold to buy the kit, or just buy the pedal now, and buy the CMC fix from ZSpeed (or someone else) later. Any advice?

Which one are you referring to on zspeed? Only one I saw on his web was for the 350z?. I bought the kit (pedal and cmc) so far so good, my pedal actually stiffened up a bit with the new cmc. I was replacing mine that was on its way out.

The RJM Performance clutch master cylinder is a custom heavy duty clutch master cylinder unit. The Z Speed Performance clutch master cylinder is a Nissan OEM clutch master cylinder unit that deletes the clutch damper on the G37. Read up on the clutch cylinder adjustment. Clutch master cylinder failure can happen on the 370Z/G37 but is not a common problem on our 370Z.

Both the RJM Performance and Z Speed Performance clutch master cylinder kits are both to fix the possible issues with the Nissan OEM clutch master cylinder. My Nissan OEM clutch master cylinder failed just after a track day as I said clutch master cylinder failure can happen. That is why it is best to install a heavy duty clutch master cylinder and correct it before it can become a issue. The bonus is you can completely flush all your fluid with better fluid.

RJM makes a heavy duty clutch master cylinder (HD CMC) as well as a clutch pedal assembly. Z Speed makes a heavy duty concentric slave cylinder (HD CSC) as well as a clutch movement alteration kit (CMAK) that moves the slave cylinder outside the transmission bell housing. Z Speed also makes a HD CMC, but it's only for the 350Z and not for the 370Z. It's generally recommended that the CMC be changed any time the CSC is changed. Trust this clears up the confusion.

I've read that if you replace your master cylinder the slave cylinder will go soon after that. So better save some $ quick for that CMAK external slave and clutch/flywheel kit.
I just went with the factory master and CMAK slave |

Aftermarket slave cylinders from ZSpeed are the HD CSC (internal option) or the CMAK (external option). Don't buy both. That would be the Z1 CSCEK that has issues. I have one. Will be going to the ZSpeed CMAK (external) when I replace the clutch. The CMAK is self-adjusting.
