Default Grinding Noise from rear

Hi All,

My car started to make this loud grinding noise when i release the clutch from 1st gear. For an example if im parking my car and only use the clutch. I hear a grinding noise from the rear. The noise also occurs in reverse.

However the noise doesnt occur when im cruising. The car shifts through all the gears without hesitation, It shifts like butter.

Is this a common issue with the Z?

I thought it was the throwout bearing but it doesnt whistle based off my research. Its more of a loud metal grinding noise or a metal creaking noise.

I dont have any aftermarket suspension parts. So i highly dought its a loose strut or something

Possible broken diff? I only have 35k miles
