How to feed CJM return line?

That isnt a return line but its a feed line from the hat to the filter. You run it right next to the stock feed line. At least, thats how

That isnt a return line but its a feed line from the hat to the filter.

You run it right next to the stock feed line. At least, thats how we run it. But you are free to route the hoses however you see fit so long as you keep them protected from any sources of extreme heat like exhaust manifolds and turbos.
