High acceleration Then a stall like condition

Rolling cruise then quick acceleration to high rpm leads to a stall type condition 2011 stock nismo before next gear , is this a safe mode feature built in to the z ?, thx d

How high on the tach do you rev your car to when you get this stall type condition?? Does your car always do this in the high rpm’s as you say?

not sure but may be into red zone would this create that condition ? as i was all eyes on road at the time thx d

i will try again to have it happen and record the tach info ,im no pro driver and dont drive hard often, so this has happened before as well but again im watching the road as you know the z is moving fast ...

Sounds like you might be bouncing off the rev limiter. :icon14:

yes to the last 2 posts . i blew through the limiter in 1 through4th on a 7at for the first month or so after delivery .was using the old ear shift method that does not work on this quick coupled trans and the different sounds than a pos big block:hello:. i am going to let the 7at do the work going up and will have some fun on the way down. might be different if i drove it a lot but i do not, shame on me

You also started a recent thread that was locked!
I guess you seen yours wouldn’t bounce the limiter in 5th...lol
But yes-it does sound like this is what the driver is experiencing; as it will fall flat.
