After a hard brake, RPM won't pass 2.5k during acceleration

I got a 7at 2013 370Z with odo of 75,000 KM and today I nearly made an accident on the highway, I was going at 120KM (75 MPH) made a hard break and barely touched the front car and made it with a minor scratch on front bumper.

When we got settled and drove away lights of traction control and ABS came on which I got fixed by adding brake fluid Thanks for this forum!

But the real deal I'm left with is that car doesn't accelerate at all. when in Nutrual RPM works loud and fine, When driving RPM never gets above 2K to 2.5K and takes forever to get to 100KM.

I checked the car there is no any kind of leakage, I even unplugged the battery for 3 hours with no luck after plugging it back.

There is no error shown on the dashboard, also no errors shown on ODB.

Sadly car is out of warranty, what do you guys recommend to check first?

I got an update, at night i noticed that braking lights where on! after more digging into this turned out that brake pedal was a little missplaced on the left side, therefore car was acting as of brake is on all the time!

Simply moved it back to normal place (there is a button to trigger brakes) and Voala problem solved!

Hope this helps if encountered by any

Could be. Check your brake pedal alignment and brake switch position.
