CamShaft sensor resistance spec

Was wondering if anyone knew the camshaft and crank position sensor specs for our car? I tried googling it and nothing came up for the 370z. My car shakes on idle and the exhaust sounds weaker and almost as if it has a slightly more aggressive cam in it. I believe the sensor is the culprit, it threw a code for the ignition coil but I replaced it and no dice. It throws a Service Engine Soon light and sometimes it'll start flashing (not sure what correlates to making it flash) but i have no loss of power or anything like that so its not in limp mode or anything. Since I don't have warranty i don't wanna take it to a dealership and have them waste my time.

Flashing MIL = misfire

I got the codes from autozone and it said that I needed a new ignition coil in cylinder 2 so I replaced it and it didn't change anything. Would a spark plug/ignition coil make it shake on idle and make the exhaust sound "cammed"? it starts blinking when i exceed 25 or 30 but sometimes it'll stay still even if I'm past 30
