Default Stage 2 Limp Mode after changing clutch/flywheel

Hey guys,

so recently I had changed my clutch/flywheel and it's at the tuners at the moment and they are having issues with it, car won't rev over 3500RPM and timing is locked on 25deg, done some googling and found this is some stage 2 limp mode apparently sometimes caused when changing the flywheel.

Has anyone else encountered this and found an easy fix? Is the flywheel possibly just not compatible or is there some sort or refresh/relearn setting that needs to be done from a Nissan Dealer?

Any help greatly appreciated!

Have you ensured that the crank position sensor wasn't damaged putting the transmission back in? That would be were I would look first if you are having issues after that install. I would also make sure that you installed the flywheel correctly.

No idea to be honest, didn't install it myself, I'll pass this on to the tuning workshop to take a look at. Appreciate your input!

Anyone else have the same issue?

So crank sensor made no difference, it had metal shavings in it though when they pulled it off to check it originally, no idea how..

so we have no pulled the box, contacting the clutch company about the flywheel.. keep you guys posted, anyone else chime in if you've had the issue please, this is beyond annoying, cars been off the road over 9 months now.

Did you get it figured out? I have a similar issue and have shop pulling flywheel today to see if I misaligned it when I did the install. Thanks!
