With only 18k on the car and information presented so far, I’m going to guess bad tuning or incorrect ROM. Highly unlikely to be a deep issue beyond that, and

With only 18k on the car and information presented so far, I’m going to guess bad tuning or incorrect ROM. Highly unlikely to be a deep issue beyond that, and if it is, let Nissan handle it under warranty.
