I used the F.I. crash bar to fix my oil cooler clearance and fit the filters. Not sure about G37 fitment, but they have a bit more room up front

I used the F.I. crash bar to fix my oil cooler clearance and fit the filters. Not sure about G37 fitment, but they have a bit more room up front and the crash bar doesn't need modified

No one is going to call a replacement bumper a bumper or a crash bar because of liability issues. It will definitely be weaker if you cut that much material out of it. The FI tow bar definitely will not have the same rigidity as the stock bumper. Say your prayers and hope you never need to use it for it's intended purpose.
