Hi guys so yesterday I took off my engine cover and now one of the bolt holes has like a vacuum/suction coming from the hole? It was cause my car

Removed engine cover now have vacuum?
Hi guys so yesterday I took off my engine cover and now one of the bolt holes has like a vacuum/suction coming from the hole? It was cause my car to idle high. It’s the bolt hole where is says v6 on the engine cover. I just put the screw back into the hole and it went away?
