Bolt ons and tune throwing code p00610

Having a problem with my z and wanted to see if anyone here might have a clue as to what is going on. So first I'll list all bolt ons, then issue I'm having. Car is a 2011 6mt base w/sport package.

3" intakes,70mm eps tuning tbs,fi lth, full tomei exhaust. All parts installed and Tuned using uprev at a reputable shop.

Alright so recently had parts installed and car tuned. It made a solid 320whp and it feels/sounds great. No issues for the first couple of days, then suddenly as I was cruising back from work this past weekend I noticed throttle response was extremely sluggish with it taking a while to rev past 3k accompanied by what I can only describe as a sort of loud "tick" or "knocking noise" or something of that nature pretty much felt like car went into limp mode. No check engine lights or anything. Got home, Parked the car and went inside. Next day I start the car up and everything is back to normal like nothing ever happened. No weird noises ect..throttle back to normal. Today check engine light comes on and symptoms return so I take the car to my tuner. He pulls a p00610 code up and we can't figure out what the hell is going on or what the code is for.

Basically want to ask if anyone has experienced this before or might know what is possibly going on ? Any input is greatly appreciated.

That is a crankshaft / cam code.

Check this link.

First he needs to give us the right code, there are one too many digits in that one. It could be P0016 or P0160.

My guess is that you have a P0061 - HO2S Heater Resistance (Bank 2 Sensor 3)

Re-read code today. Came up as a p006 or p006a. Would it be possible for it to be a maf issue ?

P006A is a MAP error. Google is your friend.
