It is illegal for dealers to sell cars without catalytic converters. I would take it back and have them install them. You can always remove them afterward, but you will

Going to have to call up the dealership and see if they can fix things based on the warranties it came with.

Default P0430 Fix

I recently had that pop up. It was because one of the cats on bank 2 was getting clogged up due to age. I bought a can of Cataclean, followed the instructions exactly as listed and within 50 miles the light was gone. I will stress however, you must follow the instructions exactly. I tried to just dump a can in and it didn't work. You have to run your tank down to about 3 gallons left, then put in the additive and drive it till the low fuel light comes on. Then fill the tank all the way up and then shortly there after the cat will become clean and the light goes off.
