Hi Guys, Somethings going on with the ignition for my 2012 manual Z. Eventually it will start but does anyone know what would be the problem here? Sometimes it'll start

Sometimes it'll start right away and sometimes it'll be like in the video. I'm afraid one of these days it's going to strand me somewhere.
