Bad transmission noise or u-joints??

I actually thought it was my joints going bad. But upon closer inspection I'm afraid it might be the trans. Anyone with similar sound?

Well, I just got done taking out the shaft and there seems to be no play in the joints. But the sound is also gone with the shaft out.
