I just finished my z1 intake plenum manifold, and inset everything back up and when i turn on the car it just keeps reving itself. I unplugged the abttery and

I unplugged the abttery and still. It keeps reving to 2.5k-3k. And drops then redoes it. Anyone can help? I think maybe the throttle bodies are on to tight?
