Can someone direct me to a thead on aftermarket cylinder heads? I am interested in learning more about them.

There are no aftermarket heads for the VQ37VHR engine, apart from the some folks who fit VQ35HR heads to a VQ37 short motor to get rid of the VVEL complexity (usually for race engine only).
If you are thinking about Chevy, Ford of Dodge "after-market" heads, Mr Google should help you on your journey |

The only thing I've seen is the aftermarket (larger valves) & exhaust cam.
