Anyone know any cheaper (non consult/ versus/ solus etc) that can read ATF temps? Ecutek is great for engine data but nothing for trans and want to do a drain/fill and would like accurate trans temp.

Don't know of any scanners, but really the best way is install a temp gauge into the pan. Then you can keep track of what temps your oil is reaching. The hotter it gets the sooner it breaks down & needs to be changed.
