P0057 Code help..

Wasn't sure where to post this.. but I recently replaced an upstream o2 sensor and I'm pulling this code P0057.. anyone have any suggestions? My mechanic was missing the extension

Wasn't sure where to post this.. but I recently replaced an upstream o2 sensor and I'm pulling this code P0057.. anyone have any suggestions? My mechanic was missing the extension and wired it directly, but I'm a little stuck, thanks!
