Default Brand new vlsd PROBLEM HELP HELP!!!

There is 350 miles on my brand new warrantied vlsd. After doing 1 wot pull earlier today this problem began...

When I take off in first and I let the clutch go kinda fast you can hear a Clunk/Thud in the rear end sounds like the diff or something is jumping up.

When I shift into second same problem... just not as loud.

If I am in gear and I give it gas then let off it really fast kinda blip the throttle in gear, it will cluck/thud

Anyone have any ideas? Please help.

Sounds like it could be that the bushings are worn

Loose bolts .... worn bushings(should have caught that during install)
Improper gear lash. loose pinion gear ...... etc

Bottom line if its under some kind of warranty, let them look at it and properly diagnose instead of forum inquiries of what's wrong.

I'm assuming that you had someone install it for you.

The bushing in question is pressed into the rear subframe and would not typically be replaced when replacing the pumpkin.

It's not bad dude. I did it myself. Just put a floor jack under it and have a helper to lower it and maneuver it out. The hardest part is getting the old bushing out.

I did it with an $80 harbor freight tranny jack that has proven useful many times since in supporting or lowering something from the car.

How dare you ask a question on this forum! You waste of space! We're definitely not here to help one another. The idea of such a thing is outrageous! You sir are a disgrace to this community!

Unbelievable, I gave you the answer and still you look for a opinion that you like. I'm going to give one more and say it might be the universals on your driveshaft, but not likely.

Go ahead and break your shiny new differential and remove all doubt. I've rebuild and installed 3 of them, and I learned how too after the company that did the first one fubared and forgot to tighten the ring gear. As for the rear bushing, get the rear bushing tool at Z1; it works great

Why doesn't anyone want to look at their $#it before asking questions... Take a jack lift up the rear and look around. Rock the tires back and forth and you'll probably hear where the noise is coming from. BTW, don't get crushed by a jacked jack, use jack-stands. Could be a tranny mount too.

I definitely will do whatever I want. I am not searching for a better answer or such. I don't know how knowledgeable you are or most of these people on the forum. so I want to see what some people have to say. just because you think your mr know it all doesn't mean after you provide an answer, the ******* thread is closed. love the help but your not helping anyone but your own little self pity ego.
