Great. And the air that will be trapped in the lines when first installed will just be pushed out of the breather valves, correct?

What ever air that is trapped in the lines will go through the oil system. At some point, it will bleed out. Either threw the bearings, or else where. That little bit of air won't hunt if you just leave the engine idle until it builds pressure. This is why it's best to pre-fill the cooler first. You don't want that big gulp of air.

It will just get pushed through, same thing as a dry filter. Its not really a big deal it is just simpler to prefill the cooler than it is to prefill a filter so why not.
