Default Alternative Catch can mounting locations?

Looking to put a catch can on each side.

Just like this thread explains:

DIY: Dual Oil Catch Cans 370Z

Problem is the mounting locations ...no room with R2c intakes I have and it uses those mounts...

Any alternative locations that people have used? Please share with pics if possible!

Sub'd.. interested to see if you figure something out. I'm considering doing some catch cans in the future but also don't want to use those mounting locations. Something tighter to the motor I think would be better.

I looked around for Vibrant catch cans most are 4 inch OD and 8 inches height.
Which ones did you find that are small...because the Saikoumichi are 2.5 OD X6 inch tall...

Local speedshop had a Vibrant that was around 3" x 3" round/tall. Straight through fittings, baffled. Really nice but was like $175. Looked like functional art. Very nice looking piece.

I didn't see it on the Vibrant website though. I can get details nex time I'm there.

I am running saikou michi cans and need to have new mountings fabricated as I ran into the same problem.

For the interim I have them mounted to existing bolts here https://www.screencast.com/t/LGdqTr7pvP

locations work fine but the fact that they are not symmetrical bugs me.

I thought about the area by the coolant reservoir...seriously could not find any other areas! Can you show us a pic of them mounted! I cant imagine how you made the other one work with the lack of room by the engine?
Thanks

Decided on going with two mishimoto compact oil catch cans.
Tons of reviews on youtube, and lots of great reviews everywhere, baffled design, high tech, and looks really cool!
You can find them on ebay for 116.00 W/ Shipping.
Its also only 2.5 outside diameter, and best of all just under 4 inches high.
My second choice was the Saikou catch cans which are 2.5 OD and 6 inches long.

Reasons for purchase of Mishimoto vs Saikou:
1. The Mishimoto catch can is 4 inches long instead of 6 inches. 2.5 OD same as Saikou. This height/length will make placement much easier in this cramped engine bay.
2. Costs less and no no shipping fees.
3. Available for immediate shipment - Saikou has a weird ordering procedure you have to send an email request and wait up to 4 to 8 weeks.

Information on can:

Purchase here for much lower price!
