Default Hotchkis bars won't stop squeaking!

They've squeaked since they were installed, mostly the front bar. Lubed them before the install, lubed them a few times via the zerk's since the install. Torqued the brackets AND stock endlinks. Used Yellow TEFLON tape instead of lube (Blue marine grade after the install), nothing helps. Last night I torqued the endlinks with the suspension under load. Went for a drive over the humps in my neighborhood, and could barely hear them. Huge difference! These are the torture test for this sound, so it was almost perfect after doing this. By the time I had been driving for 10 min and come back, they sounded almost worse coming over those humps.

Do I need new endlinks? This squeaking has been happening since the bars were installed. I doubt my endlinks went bad at the exact moment. I don't know what else to try. I thought for sure the teflon tape would work since so many have used this method. I could undo the endlinks to see if sounds goes away, but I still wouldn't know if its the links or the swaybar bushings.

I believe it is due to the urethane bushings. Mine squeak terribly when the weather turns cold. Once it gets to about 50 degrees, the squeaking goes away.

Originally the white stuff they came with. Now some blue marine grade from Lucas. Also yellow teflon tape instead of grease. Same squeak regardless of what I use.

Have you tried a little lube on the outside of the urethane bushing where it contacts the bracket?

Yes I greased the outside of the bushing as well! Thanks for asking.

I've used the white Teflon pipe tape. Wrap the bar where the bushing sits. Smear grease over the wrapped tape and inside the bushing. I used Redline chassis grease. Then grease through the zerk fitting.
