Default Disconnected Hose - Where does it go?

I changed the oil for the first time last night and noticed a loose rubber hose near the fan shroud. My car had been in an accident and im assuming the bodyshop forgot to plug it in. Problem is, i couldnt see where it's supposed to go. The thin hose (looks like a vaccum line?) runs down the center of both fans and just ends. I'm hoping it's nothing important. Below is a picture of it (the perspective is from the ground looking up. the top of the pic is the front of the car). I tried looking at courtesyparts to see if i could locate the hose's name at least. No luck.

uh yeah that hose is supposed to go nowhere it's a drain for when you put too much coolant in and it expands out of the bottle.
