Fuel Injector Confusion

Hoping someone might have an idea.

Recently bought a second hand (which previous owner bought it also second hand...) Stillen SC kit (9 PSI pulley) which included the original kit Denso 600cc Injectors. Photo attached.

Before installing them I sent them off to get cleaned & tested, when the report came back, it seemed to show they flowed 80lb/hr which is more like 830cc pulsed and 90lb/hr completely open which is about 950cc. Photo attached (ignore the comments on rust and what-not, was applicable to the car they came out of).

Thought little of it at the time and was just happy they all flowed very close to each other.

Original Tuner had a crack at it and I asked him at the end how much room was left, duty cycle wise, after he was done tuning he said they maxed out under 60%. Thought that was weird.

Now while Seb is eTuning the car, he too is noticing that they are flowing quite a bit more than the supposed 600cc according to the logs.

Only information I could find on Injectors that look like mine but flow more was here:

2003-15 : 600cc Fuel Injectors | DeatschWerks

They list 830cc as an option and they look identical to mine.

Does anyone have an idea what the heck is going on?

Sounds like you got the hookup. Trying to decipher what you have based on the Denso numbers molded on to the part seems impossible with only google at your disposal (I know, because I tried with my 600cc Densos). I think your test sheet is all you need to prove to yourself that your injectors are larger. Congrats and enjoy the extra headroom!

Well provided I feel comfortable they have been 'high flowed' reputably, or that there indeed was a larger option few back years of this model, then yeah, I'd enjoy them and sleep easier.
