Just a thought, but is this really huge issue, I don't drive my Z much in the winter anyway, especially on particularly cold days when ice is a concern. If you're driving it in the freezing cold every day it could be a concern but perhaps you should consider a more practical DD.

Umm, no disrespect but if my temp reading is that far under 32, then the Z stays home for both of our goods

That was w/all season tires & no recent precipitation,,,If you ever want to feel the effect's of a CAI-This air temp.will make it "Snort" !!!

No problem for me......and yes my car idles for a few minutes and times varies with the temperature. :stirthepot:

Never seen a single digit/// & you have a negative......now i see why Nissan ran a coolant line (hot-water) through the throttle bodies....to prevent throttle blades from icing up..(bypassed mine quite some time ago)
We rarely get down to the teens & i have 2 big chevy truck's that i would normally drive...but if everything is clear-LookOut!!!
