That actually sounds like a throwout bearing making noise on the CSC. If you push the clutch in and it goes away it could also possibly be the pilot bushing

If you push the clutch in and it goes away it could also possibly be the pilot bushing for the input shaft on the crank. Does it only do it when it is cold? Take the car in and have it checked out.
