Holy double trinity of CEL codes

Over the last couple days I've gotten a CEL for several different codes, p0358, p0158, p0558, p2c58, p2a03, p0300. I have my own code reader and have included pictures of what I've gotten. While the codes were active I noticed no difference in how the car drives and accelerates, no limp mode.

I've found very little in the way of some of these codes for our car, some I'm kind of baffled as to the cause. I'm curious if anyone out there has experienced these set of codes in quick succession other than myself.

Only thing done to the car recently is Z1 clutch/flywheel and CSC CMAK install over a month ago. These codes are from less than a week ago and once cleared stay off for the rest of the day most of the time and pop up again the next day, more often than not while the engine is still not warmed up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Since so many systems are affected, I suspect a wiring problem. I'd start by doing a visual check of the harnesses and connectors. See FSM for harness routing, connector pinouts, etc.

I would first see if I could use another code reader as p0358 is saying you have an issue with coil on cyl 8, which I hope we all know the z doesn't have. Also I would be looking for signs of pinched harness anywhere around the bell housing as the hi voltage code typically indicates an open circuit, so possibly the wire has broken if it got pinched anywhere doing the trans work. But those codes don't seem 100% accurate.
