370z rpm fail ! (Help)

Hello, First of all I would like to apologize for my English.

I am having an issue with my 370Z that so far have not been able to solve.

At times, the car stalls and revs goes down to an extend that engine goes out completely.

Check Engine light does not come on in the dashboard and when connected to a computer no error message shows.

The car has an "Injen Technology" intake system installed and I have changed the air filter, spark plugs, fuel filter and gas pump but the issue remains.

What RPM does it occur at?

If its occurring at idle, maybe dirty throttle body?

Mine was doing the same thing, not as bad though but I had an intake leak (the rubber tube connecting to the throttle body was slightly off) and cleaned my throttle bodies because they were filthy. 130,000 miles on them without cleaning it once. The car was good to go after that.

How much fuel did you have in the tank? Mine did this on a road course. A search of the forums revealed a bunch of people who have had fuel starvation issues when tracking the car with less then a full tank.

Yes, I had fuel starvation issues as well, most often during right turns (on the street, not track).

In addition to fuel "sloshing" to one side of the two-chamber fuel tank, the plastic top broke away from the stainless steel mounting pins inside the tank, and the car would intermittently die, probably because the fuel pickup was flopping around in the tank. This also caused a faulty fuel gage reading, making the tank appear fuller than it was.

It may be the crank position sensor. These sensors sometimes like to fail in an intermittent manner with no CEL or other error codes.
