Default Cleaning Throttle Bodies & Code P0507 issue

So recently Iv'e cleaned my throttle bodies, did the "re-learn" procedure and my car idles at 600-700 which I'm assuming it's normal, but my CEL came on for the code P0507 "Idle Speed Control System RPM higher than expected" what could be the cause of this?

If it's idling like normal just reset the ecu and see if it goes away.

Did a ECU Reset, light dosn't come on but is it necessary to drive certain miles to be sure? Cause before my light just comes on for my test pipes.
