I wouldn't recommend unless you really plan on tracking the car hard or plan on making some serious power( you are going boost). It's 7 grand minus the AN fittings and lines and you lose your A/C, but that could always be worked around. So at the end of the day you're looking closer to $10,000 for MAM sump. Just giving my unworthy 2 cents

If and when the new z35 comes out. My 370 I will be turning into a strictly track car. I plan on boosting it in the near future. The wife already gave me the green light lol.

Then i say go for it, Im doing it year after my build. Another alternative is the nismo oil pump, and the rjm oil pump gears. But the rjm gears are still untested.

Yes I was looking at them.. but to me they just seem a bit pricy.. for what they are.

I have them, but not installed as they came just a bit too late for my build. That said, I'm eager to see if someone is able to safely raise the redline with them and run on the track at ~8500 RPM.

My billet gear pumps for the VQ35 are spinning to 8600rpms at 6bar. I have the VQ37 being working on right now. These will be drop in gears with something a little extra. If you guys decide not to go with the dry sump.

Why the draining is on one side only? So does this mean that if I am making a loong opposite of the draining turn where all the oil will be pushed to one side, will the crank whip it in to foam and destroy the engine and/plus the draining tubes go vaccum due to oil being pushed to opposite side?

Just wanting to clarify if this is an Engineering disaster.(or not)

No, afraid not. However you'll still save some compared to the Nismo and get more from our pump, than you would from the Nismo. We worked off a Nismo pump, that's why I know we stepped it up.

Will this pump be tested in real world conditions before released to the market?
How much more do you think it will cost?
