Default Starting Issue

I have been having problems with my 370Z starting....When I press in the start button, it will go to start than just go back to ACC....this does not always happen sometime I can go days and it just starts up on the first try, others it takes several tries to start. I have a new battery and a new battery in my key. Took it to the deal and he said it would need to fail hard for him to fix. Naturally everytime I tried to start it at the dealer it started right up...any idea's on this intermiten problem

Check the brake and/or clutch pedal switches. Wiring diagrams, etc in FSM (link in my sig). I think the ESCL was deleted by 2011 but, if you have one, you need to pull the fuse (search is your friend).

So this just happened to me last night except I'm a 7AT. Car cranked and then started for half a second and died 5 times in a row. By the sixth try as soon as it started I gave it a little throttle to rev it and the car stayed alive and then it was fine. I turned it off just to check if it would start without adding gas and it started fine. Any ideas? Z is about to hit 50k miles.
