2016 Nissan 370z Pearly White
Hi guys, just picked up my 370z about a month ago. Ordered a gloss black roof wrap will be installing next week. I have about 2,000$ to spend on some initial mods. Its the automatic/tiptronic base version.
Any input or feedback? Thanks. |
Not sure if this is the right place to post this. Its up you what you wanna spend mate. Can lower it, rims, audio, engine mods, exhaust and body work. Where do you want to start.

Buy Nismo long tube intake, buy down pipes for the exhaust, and get a tune.
if you can spend more $, buy a final drive 4.08 and have it installed, it would be better if you buy an after market LSD too. This setup will devour pretty much anything on the road under 400-450hp. |
Gotta say what you want out of your mods... Show or Go. If it's go, say how you drive and how you want your car to perform. Drag or Handling? My mods are all handling mods but the LSD alone will set you back 2k. Sway bars, bake pads and brake fluid are a good first step if you like canyon runs. My next mods will probably be power mods but we'll see.

Get an exhaust and a tune. |
Exhaust sounds good but with a single mod you probably don't need a tune yet. If you want that much HP your going to need Forced Induction. Here in CA, the Stillen kit makes a lot of sense due to CARB, but if I was in a state that didn't have inspections I'd really like one of those twin turbo 600hp setups. You might want to look into a set of MT Street radials for the rears, 4.08 gears and a LSD. The tires will cost you handling but they'll help a ton in the straight line performance but if you do the install yourself you could probably keep it close to your budget.

You can do it in groups or a subset of mods. Hope it gives you a good idea on where to start.
Not a fan of wrap. |
