Default Just bought a used Z

Just bought a 2010 370Z from a local dealership here In Texas but I see it came from Arizona. Anyhow- it has tons of aftermarket stuff on it and I have no idea what it all is. The dealership has no clue either.. I see it has a turbo with some gauges and a tiny computer screen mounted on it. I feel ridiculous cause I have no clue what it all is but if anyone can guide me I'd appreciate it!! I've had it about a month now and it's started giving me problems.. Like it won't start 80% of the time, there's a tiny button under my shifter.. Wondering if that has anything to do with things?? Thanks y'all - Joanna

Congratz and welcome, But... You bought a heavily modded Z with no prior knowledge of the aftermarket parts included?

Maybe a nice set of pictures to get you started on here so we can visually see whats been done

Open the hood and take a picture from the top, and then take a pic of cars front grill, then go to the back and put the cam on the floor level and try to take a pic from bottom up to see whats under, then take a few pics of the cars interior basically dashboard and gauges and make sure the car is on and idling.

then post em here, the form members will take care of the rest.

PS lovely looking Z congratz.

PSPS turn the car on AFTER you take the pic from the back of the car....

I can't help but notice the previous owner stopped short of spacers when they already presumably invested a lot in the engine and changed wheels.

Congrat's
With no knowledge of car...i would seek a dyno shop, that could make a pull & at least be able to ck. A/F ratio.
Not sure where to take it in Texas....but if it's turbo-most likely has been tuned with some sort of aftermarket software.
Someone on here will chime in with some optional shops.
You just want to make sure that everything is tuned for pump gas.afr, timing, boost, oil etc.....& keep ane eye on oil temp/these car's are notorious for making it climb.

Look between the seats, towards the back. There should a number plate mounted with a number between 1 and 500 or so. If we have the number. We can see if the old owner was a member here. This is what the plate will look like.
