How is this ZEX Nitrous kit for my 2012 Z???

Looking to play with Nitrous again, and was wondering if this kit would be as easy as a direct bolt on kit like it claims? I see it says for 350z and G37 but not 370z... so im kinda scratching my head here. Was gonna call Z1 and see whats up, but i forgot and they are closed. If anyone has info to help me out, i would greatly appreciate any feedback. If this is a decent kit ill go buy it this weekend.. Thanks

#1: Zex nitrous kit. Not Zex NOS kit. NOS is its own brand.
#2: Yes it will work. You have no window switch though which can make things dangerous

That depends on the setup.

1.) You could use the flyby wire system to activate at full throttle.
2.) Press button nitrous.
3.) Program a controller to use nitrous with-in certain RPM ranges.

That was my plan for a while but sadly things changed

How fast would that drain your nitrous bottle?

too many variables for a definitive answer. Shot size, settings of window switch, if doing a gradual increase in nitrous as RPM increases, etc...

I feel dumb and probably should search, but what is the significance of the window switch. You've made mention to it twice now and both times it was making me wonder whats the story.

window switch makes it so nitrous cannot be injected unless the motor is in between your high and low RPM settings a.k.a. the window within the RPM band you program it to say is okay to spray. (Like you could set it so that nitrous will only spray if RPM is between, say, 3,500 and 7,000 RPM)

Think I need to learn more about nitrous :)

I learned most of what I know about it from when I set up a 100-shot for my father in his maxima when I was 17. It was ******* terrifying
