Had a Setrab 25 row oil cooler installed Saturday. My temps had been getting to 230-240 during summer backroad rips. Normal operating temps were in the 200-210 range. After the

My temps had been getting to 230-240 during summer backroad rips. Normal operating temps were in the 200-210 range. After the cooler install, the car warms up {oil} slower than normal and never goes above 180. I thought the thermo sandwich plate let the car warm up normally,then turned on. Is 180 too low? Could it be the vendor gave me the wrong plate? HELP!
