2012 Automatic Shifting Problems?

Hello,

I hope someone can offer some insights. I have a 2012 370z base AT, and I've alreadys absolutely adored the car. Love love love.

Recently, though, the car/engine seems to "cough" or stutter when shifting between 2nd and 3rd or 3rd to 4th. I don't know how to describe it, but before it was always a smooth shift, but now it seems like the car is straining itself to get to the next gear at these levels.

This does not happen during sportshifting. Only AT.

I have a Stillen exhaust and K&N intake on the car, but I put those in years ago and have not had any of these issues.

I have 51,000 miles, have been oil changing Royal Purple 10W-30 every 5,000 miles. I didn't do that 30K maintenance because I heard its a ripoff, but I can't imagine what would be wrong.

Does anyone know if the automatic Z's sometimes have transmission problems? Thank you!

Yong

Jerking is normal when switching gears in the 7at even when i drive in manual mode 24/7 everyday.

Stutter or cough? Never does that. And i have 17k miles and have always driven in manual mode.

I would get that checked out
