Crunchy Clutch

So after installing and tuning the BP kit and having a lot of fun driving, I've noticed that the clutch has become "crunchy"

When in Neutral there is no resistance, but when in gear and I press the clutch it feels like I'm stepping on a family of cockroaches.

Any ideas?

(I have the RJM pedal set to very low/short with stage 3 southbend)

put some lube on your finger then gently rub it all over....that sexy RJM pedal
