What setup are you looking for Single or Twin?

Double agree!!! Bp kit Sasha is the man!! That's where im going when I need boost

Chuck33079 04-19-2016 08:36 PM

There's really only three readily available quality turbo kits these days, right? BP for a single and FI or AAM for twins?

I agree with the single and one of the twins. The other is suspect in my book.......

My choice was BP single for the economics and the simplicity. The ease of install whether DIY or farmed out work out in your favor and just the raw sound of the single coming into boost in every video I've seen. Then again I do things outside the box because I can.

So why is AAM suspect.

For one, they sent a local guy a kit where the turbos smoked like a chimney and it fell to a local shop to figure out the workaround. The car is a monster now, but they did seem to leave the guy hanging at times. I've never seen a negative word about the other two vendors' customer service.

Ah......got it. That was iffy service.

Hum.. forgot about that little hick up cuz yeah; the man's cAR is full reyard! For the $$.. I would go FI unless I got a stupid good deal from AAM.

But I'm really happy with my BP. If I ever want more (which I don't really don't see happening), I'll build the block for stupid power.

I didn't even say which company I was talking about because I don't want people to act up. All I can do is laugh at the responses though.

For the record, I have a twin turbo kit that existed before both of the twins mentioned. If I had to do it all over again, I would entertain two of the three choices listed........leaning more toward twins than a single.

Yeah, it's a shame Greddy doesn't have a z34 kit on the market at the moment. That was another good option.

My 350Z NISMO inherited all of parts (minus CSF Radiator) from my 370Z NISMO. Should be wrapping up in the next week (I hope). I made sure I didn't use any names when I said good or bad things about companies. I don't need anymore warnings or possible free time off from the forums, lol.
