Auto transmission issue
 
Hi,
So I have 2009 370z and what my car does sometimes in D is that when stopped it will rev and then suddenly jerk and then move. It doesn't seem to happen in Manual mode. This usually occurs when all the way down in first gear. Can anyone help me out what I need to look for? Car runs and drives fine after that.

I had the same issue before on my 09 auto at around the same mileage. I noticed it especially when the car was cold when coming to a stop. It seems to not shift into first for a few seconds. Anyway, I had the transmission fluid changed and the problem never came back.

Yup does it usually when cold
