Wavetrac is definitely my choice, it is a proven outstanding unit and if I am pushing the car that hard and I see the need in the future for something better I can always upgrade my diff setup to something else down the line. |

Thanks man! This was dry weight correct?
Yes, that is the plan. I was already looking to see where I can attach some extra weight. The diff was just going to be a bonus. Last edited by Mr.K; 01-11-2022 at 07:22 PM. |

I see, I was mainly responding to Spooler's statement. I haven't really touched the subject in a while. It seemed like a lot of members enjoyed wavetrac and quaife for street use, not sure currently. It is a bit more expensive though from what I see. Will have to do some searching.

Yeah I heard mixed things about Quaife. From what I see OS Giken is a good option but will be sticking to wavetrac as it is available cheaper and is still a great diff Thanks for clarifying!

LOL, I did go to the "Tail of the Dragon" (Zdayz) with my OS Giken diff way back when my motor was stock. Needless to say I puked Diff fluid out the vent tube. If it is going to be a canyon carver, I think it is needed.

I watched him drop a front tire off the road after the rear stepped out.
