For a NA 370Z engine, a catch can is not really needed. As per EVOHUNTER's great explanation, it will help keep the insides a little cleaner, but that shouldn't be a problem with a NA DD.
But, if properly installed/maintained, it won't do any harm. Go for it if it will make you feel better.
