So at light throttle, it feels peppier since the car is responding like you pressed the throttle 30% more. The down side is that, since the throttle can only open 100%, you will be wide open at 70% pedal travel. There will be no difference between 3/4 throttle and WOT. So the last quarter of the pedal travel will feel like it's not giving it any more gas, since the throttle is already wide open.
