Ok so we were checking it out and we used a multimeter at the terminals. Initial results showed the voltage going up and down sporadically but slowly still draining. We stopped once it hit 12.3v. We checked the kick panels and decided to pull the wire to the dash cam. Since then the sporadic voltage stopped and stayed at a constant 13v
