Just finished installing my Fast Intentions 34 row Oil Cooler and noticed the whining noise other people have complained about when I drove the car. Sounds like a bad power

Whining from new Oil Cooler
Just finished installing my Fast Intentions 34 row Oil Cooler and noticed the whining noise other people have complained about when I drove the car. Sounds like a bad power steering pump. Volume is relative to RPM's. At idle it is very faint but during driving it gets louder. Anyone know what this is? Does everyone with this kit get this noise and is there anything I can do to quiet it down? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
