intake plenum vs intake manifold?
 

Never really understood what each one does and which will pick up more power when put on the dyno. Can anyone assist me?

those are literally the exact same thing with different brand names.

they take a stock manifold/plenum and bore/smooth out the inside of it for better airflow.

if you look at the description of the Z1 plenum it also refers to it as the Z1 manifold. again plenum = manifold.
