I hate to in anyway get involved in this but I have to ask after seeing so many post about larger throttle bodies. Is there really that much potential power

Is there really that much potential power locked up in the supposed "choke point" of the stock throttle bodies. Seems like a lot of work and money so what kind of gains could someone receive from this kind of mod.
