Found the issue. There is a massive gouge around the wheel speed tone ring

The inner ring is fecked. Does anyone know if this can be repaired or is it a new hub job?

Wow! A new hub cost me $250...I would probably go that way.

I should also add that it appears that Nissan has revised the hub since 2009, since my replacement had a cap on the inside, presumably to provide additional protection from debris, etc.

Ouch! FWIW, you might want to do all four, or at least the two fronts, as a preventative measure. I'm replacing the other three in my car next month just to make sure I don't hit this issue again on track (last time was at 140 MPH on ACS Roval).

Yeah definitely an idea the other one looks really dirty in that ring

Any update on what happened with your Z?

I am experiencing the same issue with mine.

Thanks!
