Gtr fuel pumps
Are the gtr fuel pumps, oem ones at 135lph, any bigger than our oem ones?
Got a buddy that wants to get rid of his, he doesn't and I don't know if they are any bigger than my 2014's... Thanks! Sent from my HTC6535LVW |
What year GTR? I believe R32s, R33s and R34s are 255 lph. Not sure if these will drop into a 2014 Z34 though.

2015 gtr, a r35.

The factory 370z is a single pump and the r35 is a factory twin pump.
In addition the pumps are not the same: 370z Fuel Pump Number: 17040-1EA0B GT-R Fuel Pump Number: 17040-JF30C, 17040-89S0A, 17040-JF30A, 17040-JF30B. Now that doesn't necessarily mean it will not fit, I am just not sure if it will. If you are replacing the pump I would just contact CJ Motorsports and obtain one of their fuel pumps and Twin Pumps. Better flow when comparing either an OEM 370z or GT-R Fuel Pump. |

The GT-R fuel pump module wouldn't fit in the Z since it mounts to the floor of the fuel tank in the r35, where the Z does not have the mounting flange on the floor of the tank since its module hangs from the 6 bolt flange on the top of the tank.
But I have a feeling that you are asking if the pumps removed from the r35 module will fit and if they are any better... In which case, I don't know if the flow data is available to compare, I've never seen anything solid on the Z pumps actual output. But whatever it is, it's not too shabby and I'm not sure if I've seen anyone need to upgrade it without forced induction or e85. |
