High RPM Driving.

Hello, so I was curious. Is it bad to drive my Z at higher RPM's? I have the AT and occassionally use the paddles, shifting at about 4000-4500 RPM's then

I have the AT and occassionally use the paddles, shifting at about 4000-4500 RPM's then coasting usually between 2500-3500 RPM's. Also, when slowing, I love downshifting to hear the Rev-Matching jump up to 4000 RPM's for a quick second. How harmful, if at all, is doing these things to the engine? Thanks.
