Alignment issues on my 2009 370z
Hey everyone! First off I appreciate any and all responses because I don't even know where to start looking for this issue. I went to Firestone to get my tires aligned because my steering wheel was offset and not centered. (It was slightly tilted left) Everything went well and the car seemed to be steering straight with no steering issues. 2-3 weeks later the steering wheel is titled to the right and idk why. One of the nuts on my strut tower bar is missing due to having to cut it off (was cross threaded on) and in the process I tore up the bolt it goes on not allowing me to screw another nut on there if that could possibly be the issue ? Mods are BC coilovers, spc rear camber arms( toe bolts not yet installed). I went again today to get the tires realigned in hopes it was just a shop screw up and once they handed me the pre measurements ( before they make adjustments) everything was off. Camber, toe, caster etc. and this was only from 3 weeks of driving. If anyone has any ideas please help me out!

There may be an easier way to check but I'd try:
With car on ground, loosen strut with missing nut and then retighten. Check alignment and record numbers. With the wheel on the same side as the suspicious strut in the air (all load off of tire), loosen/retighten strut and check alignment. If numbers are significantly different than the first ("loaded") trial, then you may need to fix the strut attachment bolt.

I'd wait long enough to get a few more responses before jumping into anything. There may be an easy-to-check/fix problem that I'm not seeing.

LOL....so ur strut is playing back n forth cuz u cant tighten the nut all the way, replace the ******* thing. Ur driving a low profile tire car, you need a sturdy suspension to control it. Nissan specifically redesigned its suspension to control low profile tires. If the whole steering rack has to come out, then replace it, this is a sports car.
PS: draw a thick line with a chalk across your tire, then do a few 8's, no no drift style just regular 8th, few times, come out and look at ur chalk markings should be even on both, if its not, something isnt right.
